The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining, making it easy to explore. Rooms are small but comfortable, with great amenities. However, noise from adjacent rooms can be bothersome, and smoking near the lobby is unpleasant. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the price and location.

comfortable stay , but minor issues
The strong wifi in each room exceeded my expectations, making it easy to work without interruptions. I appreciated the free tea and coffee service from 11 PM to 6 PM, a lovely touch for late-night relaxation. Additionally, the room lighting controls from the bed brought convenience I truly enjoyed.
The only downside was the noise from the street outside, which occasionally interrupted my sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay, especially the nearby Port of Kobe. It was a fun day watching the ships and enjoying the ocean breeze. The hotel had a lovely pool where the grandkids splashed around happily, which was a hit with everyone!
My kids wished the breakfast had more variety.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway!
We had a fab stay for 3 nights. The room was small but cute, and everything was clean and stylish. The location is a dream, right near shopping and restaurants. We did have a bit of trouble with the AC controls since they were in Japanese—totally threw us off! Plus, those curtains didn't block out early morning light well.

Couple's Sweet Escape
The location was fantastic, right on a bustling shopping street! Plus, the complimentary coffee and tea all day really hit the spot before our adventures!
It wasn’t the most economical option, but still acceptable.

covered shopping street, smart TV with streaming services, free drink service
The small room and bathroom left little space for comfort!!! A cramped double bed positioned next to a wall made accessibility frustrating. Soundproofing could use a boost for better tranquility!!!

If you're swinging by Plaza Hotel West, treat yourself to some Belgian waffles—totally drool-worthy! Plus, the strong wifi was a lifesaver for getting work done, and those cozy beds? Chef's kiss! The location is a total win, being just a hop away from shopping and great eats.
While the early morning hustle with the cleaning crew was a bit raucous, it just added to the hotel’s charm. They really kept things sparkling even if it looked a little chaotic with laundry baskets blocking the hallway.

The room was comfortable with excellent lighting control from the bed, making it easy to unwind. A standout feature was the strong, personalized wifi, which was perfect for work. The dining area offered free tea and coffee daily, which felt like a nice touch. However, the noise from the cleaning crew in the early morning could be a bit disruptive, and though the location was convenient, the hustle and bustle might not suit everyone.
